Terms of Service

These terms govern use of CatalogPilot. By installing or using the app, the merchant agrees to these terms.
Service
CatalogPilot provides tools for catalog import, export, comparison, risk review, controlled updates, verification, task history, and recovery. Features and limits may vary by plan.
Merchant responsibility
The merchant remains responsible for reviewing proposed changes, maintaining accurate source data, authorizing users, and confirming that an update is appropriate before execution.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to violate law, platform policies, intellectual property rights, or the security of another system. Attempts to bypass access controls or disrupt the service are prohibited.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Shopify API behavior, limits, and platform changes can affect app operation.
Recovery and warranties
Recovery features reduce operational risk but are not a substitute for merchant review or independent backups. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
A merchant may stop using the service by uninstalling the app. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or material violation of these terms.
